Smiling more often (whether you force it or not) is the quickest way to relieve stress. This is scientifically proven, so show off those teeth!

POSITIVE SELF TALK
What you continuously hear is what you will eventually believe. Actively making an effort to speak more positively about yourself, your life, and those around you is a great way to change your world and improve your self-esteem. I personally do 10 minutes of affirmations every morning before work and the effects are mind-blowing (if you want to know more about this feel free to reach out to me).

REMEMBER PEOPLE’S NAMES
We can all relate to this – you meet someone, you exchange names, and forget the other person’s name immediately after. If you want to remember people’s names that you just met, REPEAT their name back to them to confirm it. After they confirm it, say it to yourself a few more times. Then say it again. Now one more time.
Doing this will save you a lot of embarrassment in the future!
