You would likely survive, this has happened before.
Blanche Monnier was imprisoned in her family home in her room for twenty-five years for daring to desire marriage to a man that her mother did not approve. Her room was entirely dark, and she only had contact with her family when they brought her food.
Finally, one day someone informed the authorities that the Monnier daughter that had disappeared from the public eye twenty five years previously was locked away in an upstairs room.

She indeed did survive, but she never thrived after her rescue. She struggled with her mental health for the next twelve years before she ended up passing away. She was never reintegrated into society and spent her remaining years in a sanitarium.
