What are the best examples of "Humans will be Humans"? by Ayush Saxena (आयुष)
Answer by Ayush Saxena (आयुष):
Albert Einstein, as we all know was one of the greatest person to walk on earth. This answer is about how humorous he was in his replies. Some of the anecdotes about him are-
- When Einstein met Charlie chaplin.
What happens when two great men meet each other,I bet the conversation can not be simple. The story so goes that-
Eighty-five years ago, on February 2, 1931, the world-famous film star Charlie Chaplin attended the premiere of his newest film City Lights in Los Angeles, where he first met Einstein and developed a immediate rapport.
ALBERT EINSTEIN:- What I admire most about your art, is its universality. You do not say a word, and yet … the world understands you!
CHARLIE CHAPLIN:- It's true, but your fame is even greater! The world admires you, when nobody understands you!
(hats off! to this humorous reply )
Source– (If you are thinking this is apocryphal, then you are wrong. The earliest evidence of this anecdote known to appeared in a memoir by János Plesch who was Albert Einstein’s physician and also his friend.)
2. Your number please ?
ONE OF Einstein's colleagues asked him for his telephone number one day. Einstein reached for a telephone directory and looked it up. "You don't remember your own number?" the man asked, startled.
"No," Einstein answered. "Why should I memorize something I can so easily get from a book?"
(Einstein claimed never to memorize anything which could be looked up in less than 2 minutes, I think he is truely a intellectual person).
3. Homework !
ONCE Einstein sent this reply, along with a page full of diagrams, to a fifteen-year-old girl who had written for help on a homework assignment:
"Do not worry about your difficulties in mathematics; I can assure you that mine are much greater."
4. And,lastly what is relativity ?
