  1. Eating less than your hunger.
  2. Skipping or having a early and a light dinner.
  3. Doing physical workout daily in any form like walking/running/yoga/gymming/aerobics etc.
  4. Drinking lots of water.
  5. Having fruits, vegetables as part of your daily diet.
  6. Having a proper 7–8 hours sleep.
  7. Keeping yourself happy. Being stress free.
  8. Taking care of basic everyday hygiene.
