- Skipping or having a early and a light dinner.
- Doing physical workout daily in any form like walking/running/yoga/gymming/aerobics etc.
- Drinking lots of water.
- Having fruits, vegetables as part of your daily diet.
- Having a proper 7–8 hours sleep.
- Keeping yourself happy. Being stress free.
- Taking care of basic everyday hygiene.
