What do people think about the actress Mitali Sharma begging on Mumbai streets and roads? by @priteshopawar
Answer by Pritesh Pawar:
An another lesson for the people who flee away from their houses to pursue the career in Bollywood and end up in a factory as a worker, or a vendor, or a laborer, or a sex worker or even a beggar.
Mitali Sharma was a resident of Delhi. She fled away from her home to make it big in glamour industry by becoming an actress. After dreaming and chasing for a long time, she got few roles. After acting in a lesser known Bhojpuri film, Mitali’s career almost doomed and her parents had already abandoned her for going against their wish. She didn’t turn to her original village for the unknown reasons. She went to an extent of depression that she started begging and stealing. She was arrested by Mumbai police later.
Now here lies a teaching. It is estimated thatto get a role in the film industry. I understand that it might be your passion of acting or dream of the glamour but trust me, there are dirty businesses and politics involved in Bollywood. Moreover, the demand-supply ratio is too unconditional. Hence, only 5% of the total people get a job in acting. Even if you want to make a career in Bollywood, there is a procedure to follow where you’ll know your talent and standing in the competition.
Have some backup plans of your career before making a step to Bollywood. Secondly, don’t abandon your parents just because of your passion. It might be a fact that your passion has no vital role in the world’s competition and you just lose everything like Mitali Sharma. Don’t just flee away from your home. Everyone is not a.
No, I am not blaming anyone as many people are thinking here. I am just against the fleeing concept. Moreover, I am focusing on creating awareness among the youth people and not the mindsets of old generation. At least you're in smarter generation, so act likewise!
Well, about the case of Mitali Sharma? I have nothing to say. My sympathies are with her.
