  1. Take cold water bath
  2. Drink black / Green tea
  3. Meditate for 30 mins a day
  4. Excercise for 30 mins a day
  5. Laugh a loud (best medicine) atleast once in a day
  6. Exchange your smart phone with your parents old press button phone for 30 days only
  7. Talk to yourself for 10 mins a day
  8. Spend time with your parents and spouse
  9. Teach something new for your kids each day
  10. Do something new you have never tried before in your work
  11. Avoid non vegetarian for 30 days
  12. Drink adequate water
  13. Try to reach out to the place you want to go atleast 15 minutes earlier
  14. Try to cross your family boundaries and get involve in social service activities atleast once in a while
  15. Sleep for atleast 7 to 8 hours
  16. Read atleast any one book in a week
  17. Don't try to impose your ideas and thinking to others
  18. Daily even pray for your enemy to become good
  19. Greet every one who come across you with a smile

See the difference. I challenge, you will be much better person than now

Edit 1 :

  • Take oil bath weekly once or atleast ten days once.

Note: Even though this point doesn't fall under 30 days. This is really good for your health and mind.
