There are a plethora of benefits to doing 100 push-ups/day!

  1. You will feel better about yourself – I think this is the most important and underrated reason. There’s something rejuvenating about improving ourselves physically. This can lead into other areas.
  2. Your chest (pectoralis) will develop. Continue doing 100 push-ups/day for the next month. I promise you will notice a difference by May. If you are doing five sets of 20 push-ups now, you will be doing three sets of 33(.33) by then.
  3. Push-ups also are a great way to engage the core (abdomen) muscles. If you want to work on your entire upper anterior physique, push-ups are going to be your go to exercise.
