There are a plethora of benefits to doing 100 push-ups/day!
- You will feel better about yourself – I think this is the most important and underrated reason. There’s something rejuvenating about improving ourselves physically. This can lead into other areas.
- Your chest (pectoralis) will develop. Continue doing 100 push-ups/day for the next month. I promise you will notice a difference by May. If you are doing five sets of 20 push-ups now, you will be doing three sets of 33(.33) by then.
- Push-ups also are a great way to engage the core (abdomen) muscles. If you want to work on your entire upper anterior physique, push-ups are going to be your go to exercise.
